మనమందరం MS Office నుండి PDF లోకి పబ్లిష్ చేయ్యాలంటే మనం Adobe Acrobat సాఫ్ట్ వెర్ ని ఉపయోగించి చేస్తాము కదా.

ముందుగా ప్లగ్ ఇన్ ని క్రింద ఇచ్చిన లింక్ ద్వారా డౌన్ లోడ్ చేసుకోండి.

ఈ ప్లగ్ ఇన్ సైజ్ 934 KB లు మాత్రమే.

అలాగే మనం ఇంకోక విధంగా కూడా చేయ్యవచ్చు. అది ఏలాగో చూద్దాం.

ముందుగా Windows + R బటన్ క్లిక్ చేయ్యండి.
తరువాత winword అని టైప్ చేసి, ఏంటర్ నోక్కండి.

నోక్కగానే మనకు కావలసినటువంటి MS Word ఓపెన్ అయ్యింది.

ఓపెన్ అయిన తరువాత మనకు కావలసినటువంటి లెటర్ టైప్ చేసుకుంటాము కదా.
నేను ఉదాహరణకి ఫోరం లో వుండే ఫోస్ట్ ని కాఫీ చేసి వర్డ్ లేటర్ లో పెస్ట్ చేశాను.

క్రింది స్రీన్ షాట్ లాగా....

క్రింద ఇమెజ్ లోగా
Office Button పై క్లిక్ చేయ్యండి.



తరువాత Save As లోకి వెళ్ళి, PDF పై క్లిక్ చేయ్యగానే, సబ్ మెనూ క్రింద వుండే స్రీన్ షాట్ లో చూపిన విదంగా వస్తుంది.
